Purchased bots appear instantly in your account's order history. If it's not there, check your email for the confirmation, refresh the page, or clear your cache. Still missing? Open a ticket above with your order ID and we'll resolve it fast.
Payment failures are usually due to card limits, insufficient funds, or a network issue. Try again, use a different method, or pay with crypto. If you were charged but didn't get access, contact support with your transaction details.
